About the Chef
The Fat Cow & Asian Cow is a product of a lot of things: Hard work, passion, creativity, belief and service. But what ties all those together into a clear and cohesive purpose is my unwavering love affair with food.
Having been exposed to different dishes and cooking methods during my culinary practice, building my own restaurant has always been my goal. My own spacious playing field to make room for my big and pushing approach on flavors. At the age of 20, I was finally able to translate this dream into reality.
Since 2016, hundreds and thousands of plates already went out of the kitchen into our clients’ tables.
The secret recipe? Excellence in everything we do and the drive to add more meaning to food.
Our restaurant has been awarded with Philippine Tattler’s one of the best restaurants in 2020, 2022, and 2023 for both The Fat Cow and Asian Cow.

Nice small restaurant with good ambiance and decor, parking are available right in front of the restaurant. They have an adjacent room for big groups or parties. A must visit if you are visiting Davao or are a local who wants to have a fantastic meal with friends or family. The food is simply divine, by far, in my judgement this is one of the best restaurant in Davao.

Food was delicious! We ordered angus beef, black truffle pasta, kawali salad and chicken parmigiano. Service was great as well as the staff were attentive to our needs. Overall a great dining experience :)

Asian Cow
Perfect place to go when you're looking for authentic asian cuisine that you'd like to share with family and/friends. The atmosphere is very homey and you can see the chefs in action as they prepare meticulously the food since the kitchen is very visible. The staff is great and very accommodating. Definitely recommended!
