Asian Cow Private Rooms Downpayment

Thank you taking interest in using our private room!

Here are three major things that you will need to do before the reservation:

a. Settle the 50% downpayment upon reservation through this page. Please choose your private room.

b. Order 1-2 days before your reservation date. Check the menu here.

c. Cancellation, Downpayment and Postponement Policy

Downpayment is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Downpayment is Non-Convertable to “ Dine in Credits “ in an event of cancellation.

The house allows a maximum of (1) one rebooking unless in an event of a “ Force Majeure “ , client can opt to re-book (2) twice. Rebooking has to be advised at-least 14 days prior to the event that, Rebooking that aren’t made at-least 14 days Prior will not be honored, Downpayment will automatically be forfeited. 

Failure to settle the down payment within seven (7) days from the issuance of Quotation, the proposal shall automatically be cancelled.

d. We trust these proposed arrangements are suitable to your requirements.

Kindly be advised that the function room/restaurant will only be blocked upon receipt of your confirmation.

However, should the restaurant receive another booking that is ready to commit with a deposit on the same dates, the restaurant will still give you the first option to confirm your booking within 24 hours.
